Lunch box #12 Pan fried chicken breast , seaweed egg roll, potato hashbrown , edamame , sweet corn , cherry tomatoes salad

I always can eat the same food most of the times, using the same ingredients as well.

Egg is one of the food ingredient I love the most !! This time, whisked 2 eggs mixture , lightly pan fried it on Happycall pan, once it done, place 1 sheet of korean seaweed sheet on top of it, gently roll it up, voila! Egg rolls with seaweed , used knife cut into bite size set aside .

Used Happycall pan, pan fried chicken breast fillet for 15-20 mins till fully cooked ( marinated with paprika spices , pepper powder , dash of lemon juice ). At the same time , I can pan fried my potato hashbrown till golden brown too.

Sautéed shimeji mushrooms , dashed some Worcester sauce on it.

Boiled edamame & sweet corns in the boiling water , set aside and peeled the edamame.

Arranged the food ingredients nicely on butterhead lettuce , garnished with some cherry tomatoes , served with sesame dressing , simply yummilicious!!
