I like home cooking , something easy to prepare and delicious. It just took about 15-20 minutes for meal cooking preparation and I can have yummy healthy meal.
Chicken breast marinated overnight keep in fridge , lightly pan fried on non stick pan till fully cooked . I marinated with sesame oil, Worcester sauce, pepper and dash of lemon juice .
Sautéed shiitake mushroom with butter , pan fried Sunny side up egg, served with cherry tomatoes and baby romaine lettuce.
