Red date longan ginger soup

Fancy some Chinese herbal drink/soup?
This is a healthy drink yet very easy to prepare . Put a handful of red dates, dried longan and few slices of fresh young ginger into a pot of water, boil it with slow fire for 30 min, serve warm or cold. You may add some sugar if you like sweet taste.
