Fancy some light cooking?
I’ve tried out this easy and simple dish, steamed prawns with egg.
~ 1 egg
~ some prawns
~ chinese cooking rice wine 绍兴酒
~ 1 clove garlic
~ pint of salt
Clean the prawns, remove the shell and devain, marinated with pint of salt, set aside. Whisk an egg with fork add little bit of water. Arrange the prawns on plate, pour the egg mixture onto the prawns, sprinkle sliced garlic on top and splash some chinese cooking rice wine. Steamed the prawns in a wok fill with water (with cover of cause) for 6 minutes. Voila! ready to sample the yummy prawns! I simply love the juicy prawns!
