I received 2 lovely radish from PL , decided to maximize whichever ingredients that i can find in kitchen. (lazy go out to buy additional ingredients).
- Cleaned and sliced the radish into pieces, set aside.
- Stir fried anchovies till golden brown
- 4 bowls of plain water
- Put all ingredients together into a slow cooker, boiled for 4 to 5 hours
Voila! a simple tasty clear soup is ready to serve! seasoning with soy sauce, yum yum!
