I love udon, besides cook it with soup, i tried another method – fried udon with minced meat & black pepper. Firstly, blanced the udon noodle in boiled water, rinse quickly under cold running water and set aside. Heat up wok with oil, fried chopped garlic, minced meat (marinated with five spice powder, oyster sauce, sesame oil, pepper powder, dark soy sauce). Add on udon and black pepper sauce, sprinkle some black pepper powder on top, stir fried it for a few minute, ready to serve. Simply delicious!
