I love cendol !!! I’ve tried out cendol at different places, some of the cendol not up to my liking.  Cendol is often sell by vendors at roadsides cendol vendor, hawker stall/ food courts, coffee shop and cafe/ restaurant.

I found this Ninja Joe pork burger outlet qutie some times ago, but seems none of my friend keen to try it out with me.

A random day, i popped into Ninja Joe for lunch, eargerly want to try the juicy pork burger!

I had the brucely pork burger with additional cheese (of cause pay a little extra $$).

Despite the hearty meal, my hunger remained unsatisfied. The pork meat patty too thin slice, i can’t feel the ‘kick’ by biting it. The cook wasn’t generous enough to give me 1 whole strip of bacon, i settled it with half strip of bacon. (hopefully next order will surprise me with loads of yummy pork!)

Pegs introduced me to try out this fish head noodle soup place, Win Soon Fish Head Noodle Cafe. So far as i knew of, they have 2 branches: One at Kuchai Lama, Another One at Puchong Bandar Puteri. The place always crowded during lunch and dinner time.

As i remembered, my 1st time patronized this outlet (Puchong), 1 bowl of fish head with fish paste noodle cost RM6.80, 2nd time i patronized at Kuchai Lama branch , they increased the selling price to RM7.50. I believe most of the customers don’t mind to pay for a bowl of lip smacking fish head noodle with this price range.

Simply love their tasty rich soup filled with rice vermicelli, salted vegetables, evaporated milk, shreded ginger, sliced of tomato, crispy pork lard fritter cubes.big chunk fried fish head meat and nice bite of fish paste balls. For chilli lovers,it always good to have their sambal chili to compliment the noodle soup to have a spicy kick on your palate.

2 months ago, i brought my friend, Max went to Sunway Pyramid for shopping, we found Yip’s kitchen located at lower floor. We decided to feed our hungry stomach there.

Piping hot double boiled herbal duck soup, double thumb up!

Seafood fried rice, look at the fried prawns!! slurp!~

I was bit skeptical to try out this wantan noodle in soup base, normally i used to have dried wantan noodle with soy sauce. Since the restaurant’s lady boss strongly recommended,I gave it a GO! the texture of the noodle is just nice bite to tooth, the clear soup is tasty, accompany with vegetable and sinful roast pork belly.

Overall, if you are looking for chinese authentic noodle dishes, should not miss out to try out their  noodle. However, the pricing is slightly pricey if you compare to other shops on the street. Would you comprise the food quality vs pricing? tell me about it.

It’s very simple , easy peasy steps.

• 8 green apples
• cinnamon powder
• 1 no egg
• raw sugar
• puff pastry

How to  do  tasty Apple cinnamon filling? Firstly, wash and peel the apples, remove the core, cut apple into cubes.

Put all apple cubes into a non stick pan, add on 6 table spoons raw sugar, 1 tea spoon of cinnamon powder. Cook the apple with slow fire till soft.

Cut the puff pastry with 4 cuts, scoop the apple cinnamon filling and fold over.

Voila! apple cinnamon strudel is ready to send into oven for baking. Remember brush some egg wash on top.

Bake the apple strudels in oven with 140c for 30 minute, the piping hot lip smacking apple strudels are ready to serve!

• Cleaned and sliced the radish into pieces, set aside.
• Stir fried anchovies till golden brown
• 4 bowls of plain water
• Put all ingredients together into a slow cooker, boiled for 4 to 5 hours

Voila! a simple tasty clear soup is ready to serve! seasoning with soy sauce, yum yum!

Look at their menu, you’ll be spoiled for choice.They offers a variety of mouth watering steamed dumplings,savoury dishes, homemade noodles, rice dishes and etc.

Finally Pacific Coffee Company steps into Malaysia, opened 2 franchise outlets. One outlet at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, another one outlet at Puchong IOI Boulevard.

I heard from a friend that Pacific Coffee group originally from Hong Kong, now we have the opportunity to try out new brand of coffee franchise here. They are many coffee shops  /outlets / cafes in Malaysia, just  named it:  Coffee Bean, Starbucks, Illy, San Francisco, Dome Cafe, Old Town White Coffee, Austin Chase, Gloria Jean’s, etc. Look, we are getting spoil for choices ! Apparently, people are willing to pay more for what they perceive as a premium brand, and something they consider one of the small luxuries of life. A few weeks ago, my friend and i patronized Pacific Coffee for our “coffee talk”. Love their cozy environment with bright red colour sofa furniture, simple wooden tables and chairs, plenty of magazines, offering a variety choice of coffee, tea, juices , bakeries and pastries items. We truly enjoyed our cuppa coffee and tea! I simply love their perfect cup of coffee latte with coffee art!

Pacific Coffee provides a complimentary netvigator broadband Service through computer terminals in their stores. In addition to this,  there are equipped with wifi for those who brings personal laptops.
No doubt, we can spend hours in this outlet!
