I learnt this simple recipe from my colleague and i’ve tried it out once. Taste no bad at all !
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken thigh
Marination:
- Sesame oil
- soy sauce
- oyster sauce
- chinese ‘hua tiao’ wine
- salt & pepper
- pinch of sugar
- blended ginger & juice
- corn flour
Methods:
- Marinated boneless chicken meat for 30 minute or overnight
- Set the meat on a plate and put into a wok fill with water and steaming stand, steam the chicken for 10 minute and ready to serve. You may opt for proper steamer if you do have one.
